As part of the site development for the new Bruker Campus in Ettlingen, both an existing renovation and new buildings were to be realised. Future expansion was always considered in these measures. The scope of the development also included the merger of two company locations, for which the building rights had to be obtained on the one hand and the sale of the other location had to be worked out on the other.
Challenges
The largest real estate project in Bruker's history set high standards for fixed budgets and deadlines, as the campus was to be completed in the company's anniversary year. For these project goals, a new project strategy had to be established that also secured the renovation of the existing buildings during ongoing operations.
Added value
As a full-service partner, we were responsible for all real estate issues on the client side and at the same time also a strategic partner for the overall project management. This partnership model enabled us to carry out the existing and new construction projects on time, on budget and on quality, and to react smoothly to changing conditions. In addition, an ideal result for the client was achieved in the marketing of the old site.
