OUR INNOVATIONSAND PARTNERSHIPS

We deliberately focus on innovative partnerships and collaborations to actively shape forward-thinking developments in the real estate industry. Our entrepreneurial actions link competencies and stakeholders to open up new opportunities and develop long-term solutions that sustainably advance society and the environment.

SUSTECO

Susteco, a subsidiary of the Bosch Group, harnesses the advantages of a digital ecosystem, offering customers access to networked partner services through a reliable cloud platform. This platform provides a robust and scalable foundation for decision-making in portfolio and asset management within the real estate sector. The strategic partnership between albrings + müller and Susteco aims to enhance market presence in relevant areas. As an integral part of the partnership network, albrings + müller has actively contributed to the platform's development from its inception, leveraging its extensive knowledge of the property sector.

The platform enables transparent recording, structuring, and processing of building and consumption data, as well as data from third-party providers. Its goal is to facilitate data-driven decision-making, cost reduction, and the management and operation of property portfolios in a value-preserving manner. Platform data can be transformed into key performance indicators (KPIs) and integrated with external partner services, such as ESG management and reporting or AI-driven operational optimization. This open-technology interface provides an unprecedented opportunity for digitizing property portfolios and ensuring their operation is climate-neutral. Susteco combines Bosch Building Technologies' technological expertise with albrings + müller's consulting business's market knowledge and network.

MO ENERGY SYSTEMS

Facade photovoltaics complement conventional roof photovoltaics and offer high yields, particularly in the morning and afternoon, as well as during the winter months.

Greentech start-up mo energy systems has developed the first modular standard solution for PV facades in Europe, suitable for both existing and new buildings. The company has been implementing projects in the DACH region since 2023. The solution is characterized by plug-and-play functionality and enhances facades both visually and technically.

Institutional property owners, housing associations, municipalities, and large companies benefit from this scalable standard solution. albrings + müller is actively involved in the development through customer and industry expertise, providing support in setting up the company and, in some cases, taking over the project planning of the systems.

Timber one

Timber One, hülsta and albrings + müller have formed a significant alliance to develop affordable wooden living spaces. Through Timber One, modular timber construction can be realized at construction costs starting from € 2,500 gross including VAT per square meter of living space, within cost groups 200 to 700, while adhering to the KFW-40 subsidy guidelines.

This alliance leverages the expertise of the three companies to deliver cost-effective and sustainable residential properties using serial modular timber construction. The planned joint venture aims to provide local authorities and investors with comprehensive turnkey solutions for affordable and sustainable property projects. Alongside affordable housing, system solutions are also planned for hospitality, senior living, and student accommodations, which will be complemented by optional services such as furnishings and equipment
